If you don’t receive the extra box, additional planks can be purchased at retail price. Please note that a trip fee may apply for claims made during the warranty period. This guarantee excludes damage caused by furniture or seating with rolling casters or wheels. Ensure to notify us within seven days if the extra box of planks is missing after installation.
Our Flooring Warranty is available solely to residential customers through Pro Flooring Installers Nashville. This warranty takes effect upon full payment and successful installation. It remains valid as long as the flooring remains in its original location and the original purchaser resides in the home. For warranty service or inspections, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We reserve the right to inspect products and replace components if deemed necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
